For process development from solar cells to compound semiconductors.

The QHC series is a high-speed heating and cooling system, a combination of an Infrared Gold Image Furnace and temperature controller, compactly eqipped with a quartz thermal treatment chamber.

Heating operations can be performed on a PC and data can be easily managed.
